I am Ashwani Kumar Sharma, an employee of Cognizant Technology Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.
I have my PF account opened at RPFC, Chennai vide account number TN/MS/31309/033066.
Previously, I was working with IBM Daksh Business services and my PF account no. was HR/FBD/10640/20405.
I applied for my pf transfer in march, 2007.But my amount is still not credited in my current pf account.
When I talked to Gurgaon pf office seeking details, they informed me that cheque has already been issued in name of your office and is also cleared whose details are as below:

Date of issue of cheque: 24-July, 2007
Date of clearing of cheque: 10-nov-2007
Amount: Rs. 3001
Cheque no.: 475013
Bank of cheque: State Bank of India

When everything is done from their side but still amount is not credited in my account.
Can you please look in to this on a personal level to get it done as soon as possible?

        HI, I have sent couple of emails to Passport office and Public Info Officers in RPO but i didnt get any response. I have been to RPO chennai several times but i didnt get the right information. please look the below email which i sent to RPO and Officials (You will find the concern in mail)

        I am Sreedhar Gurram, from Chennai. I have applied my new passport in Chennai RPO on 8th January’08 (Reference Number: MAS A[protected]. Chennai is my current place where I am working now and my permanent address is in Hyderabad. My passport Police verification at Chennai is done, but in Hyderabad not yet completed. I tried to know the status from Chennai office, they conveyed that file has sent to Hyderabad office on Feb 28th . I also approached to Hyderabad office, but they said your file not there in Hyderabad RPO (As on April last week).

        On May 19th I have been to Chennai RPO office they are not even responding to my query (Simply saying approach Hyderabad RPO). On the same day to know this status I was on queue in enquiry counter from 9AM to 12.30PM (counter closed at 12.30PM Sharp). {I believe you should provide enough facilities like, at least three enquiry counters and etc…}

        My issue was what is the status of my application, its been four months but still I am not getting the right information. Please let me know whom should I contact and where I will get the right information on application.

        Dear Sir, I have applied for a new passport from Trivandrum Passport Authority. My file No. is D 005809. I didn't get the passport till now. (Date of application is Nov. 3, 2008). The Trivandrum Passport Authority is awaiting confirmation from the Hyderabad Passport Authority because my old passport was issued by you. Here by I request you to please send the confirmation to the Trivandrum Passport Authority so that I can get the passport as early as possible. Please do the needful.

          between sep 2006 and march-2007.My PF account # was "HR/FBD/10640/20405".
          On joining Cognizant Technology Solutions, I opened a new pf account and applied for pf transfer.But transfer is pending from pf office since May 2007.My current pf account# is TN/MS/31309/033066.
          Kindly look into the issue as soon as poosible.I'll be obliged.

            Hi,

            My PAN number is AFKPJ0379Q. I am entitled for a tax refund of INR 13, 758 for the financial year[protected]. But I haven't received the refund either by ECS or my post. Kindly let me know if you nedd any further information.

            This w.r.t to my complaint on "Tax refund not received for[protected]". I would like to mention here that, My complaint is on Income Tax Department, Chennai and not on the organization "Cognizant Technology Solution". A humble request to the Adminstrator of this forum to modify the tab "Company/Product name" to "Complaints on Company/Product name/Person" in the "Submit Complaint" link. Hope this will help us in logging the complaints correctly.

              Customer care is failed to give the proper information and guiding customer with wrong information. Not able to reset the password for two days. Out going call have been blocked.

              When called up the senior customer care, giving childish answers.

              Airtel chennai had excellent customer service and billing systems. Is there a plan to integrate the postpaid customers on to a single platform.

              My credit limit used to be Rs 7500 on [protected], I had blackberry and international roaming

              I signed up for a new postpaid [protected], my new credit limit is Rs 1500 and I have been barred from making outgoing calls for 24 hours (why do this when you have my customer history) and my blackberry service is awful. do I need to subscribe to the Rs 899/- plan to receive my emails

              Looking forward to the next bill showing my call history and bill details.

                Passport officer,
                I have still not received my passport. I submitted the form in the month of june 2007... Its being more then 6 months. I submitted the form in belgaum since my residence is in belgaum.
                we are residing there from past 3 years. All the police verification statements are clear and correct. But also it came to belgaum for verification 3 times. Even after that my passport is still not come.I dont know what is the problem. I came to passport office twice.I called up so many times to Passport Office in Bangalore but no correct response is being given. I need to go onsite on a project from the company so i need the passport very urgently.. please do the needfull sir. It's really very urgent for me. please do reply me back to my above mentioned mail id exactly what is the problem and what needs to be done.

                Cognizant Technology Solutions — not received speed post

                On 23rd Bank has posted a cover to me.By seeing status it is showing that it is dispached to SECH Bhavan on 26th.. Still today i didnot get my cover. So please i request you to send that cover assoon as possible..

                  Hey Cognizant Management Team Please Look into this....

                  This is to add few points about Reguraman Deivasigamani's technical skills. Let him about his 12 years of IT experience. If he really has that much experience. Why the bloody hell he is in almost all the testing forums and asking basic questions to the real experts about testing? You people may wonder what I'm talking about. I will add some details about his questions in testing forums for your information. Basically he doesn't know anything technical other than just treating people badly, just because he didn't get any promotion in his career. When companies are firing people for non performance how the management of Cognizant is still retaining people like Deivasigamani without firing him?

                  Just because he didn't get any promotion, he never gives promotions or good ratings and hikes to any of his well performing team members unless until they fight with him and escalate to higher management, this is really the very sad part. If the Cognizant Management still ignore this feedback about this useless Manager, people are going to leave the good company and it is really a big loss for the company.

                  As I promised a few basic questions that Deivasigamani asking in forums and the links FYI.
