Hi,

I have been interviewed with you on 12-may-2018 for the position of assosiate (Java, spring, hibernate, webservice) and got selected on that day.

As per discussion hr advice that i am going to receive an offer letter with in 10 days, but still i have not received. So can you please assist me to have an offer letter or confirmation mail.

I have send mail to the hr but no reply from them. Please check and let me known.

I am tarak nath ghosh informing you that i had given an interview in cognizant kolkata office on 2nd december 2017 in asp.net with mvc and i was selected, still i didn’t get my offer letter.

Again i got a call from cts for an interview in asp.net with mvc and i got selected on 17th march 2018 once again. But still i didn’t receive my offer letter. Every time i only got the selection mail (Copy attached with this mail) from [protected]@cognizant.com but unfortunately offer letter didn’t received.

Again 3rd time cts invited me for an interview on 5th may 2018 and i had appeared for f2f interview in asp.net with mvc in kolkata cts office (Main building) and passed through all technical and hr rounds. Again i was selected and now i am waiting for my offer letter.

So please let me know, when i will get my offer letter? I am waiting for your response. If you require any more information please feel free to contact me.

I was interviewed on 21st april, my all rounds were cleared both technical and hr, at the time of hr round she took all my details.. When at the end i asked her till when will i get my offer letter she replied it will take 10 to 12 days... On 23rd april i got mail from one of the hr stating "please share the below mention list for further process.". I have replied on the mail same day but since then no response from there side. 1 month past neither i got my offer letter nor i received any update from them.
Kindly help me & let me know what is the status.

On 24th of feb 2018 i gave interview at cts (Chennai) and went for 4 rounds of interview and in the final round my respective hr promised that they will release the offer within 2-3 weeks max. The day i am writing this message is 86 th day from the days of interview. Every day i wait for the my offer. Till now i did not get any update. The job was so much important for me that somehow i traveled from bangalore to chennai in 1 day notice. My request to the concern person of cts is that we wait with lot of hope after hardworking, please give some priority and release the offer kindly. Here is the details of my interview:

Hi team,

I am elango. Had attended interview in cognizant kandanchavadi office, chennai for datastage testing role on 28th april 2018. I got selected in all the rounds, filled the form and done with hr discussion also.
Hr told you will get the offer letter in 2 weeks. Later, after 1 week i got a mail from tag that my profile is under review. After that i dint get any update. I mailed the hr’s but no response. Kindly update on the status.

I appeared for interview on 3rd may (Manyata embassy business park, f3 building) for the position “angularjs developer”.. I cleared all the rounds they made me fill a form with all my details on the same day.
Next day consultancy people made a contact and had collected all the neccessary documents (Current company offer letter, payslips, educational certificates etc) and few days later i was asked to send an updated profile from company side...

Kindly let me know sir what is the status of my offer letter.

This is aniruddh dubey and i have given interview on 21st april, 2018 at cts pune for sap security and grc and cleared all rounds (Technical + hr).
Hr told me that i will get the offer letter in a week but i didn't received it yet.

After 2 days i have got a mail to upload my photograph. From that day no response or any update comes from cts HR team.

When I previously raised the complaint, i had got a call from HR team that my offer is pending for BU approval and they have put it on HOLD because they want more experience guy for that position.

I mean it is unbelievable, if i was not having that much of knowledge than how i could have been able to crack the interview. I am having a great 4+ yrs of experience in SAP Security and GRC, and i have cleared all the interviews successfully, the interviewers has given me 4 marks in each section out of 5 for the Associate position, I am having copy of it.

I am waiting for the offer since last one month sitting at home idle.
How can companies play with any one's emotion, it would have been better if you had rejected me in the initial round instead of giving false hopes to someone after selecting the candidate.

I thingk thats why CTS is going down in IT market, i have seen several complaints like this in the forum.

When HR told me that i will receive offer with in one week, i have putted resign in my current company, now they are not releasing the offer letter.

I am not concerned about joining, even if you will give the joining date after one or 2 months i will be ok with that but please send the offer letter atleast. So that i will remain assured that i have got a job.

I was interviewed on 21st apr 2018 (In chennai), both technical and hr rounds are completed on same day and hr told they get back with in one week and you will offer letter soon.

Still am not receiving any confirmation mail.

Its been 4 weeks now and i have not received any reply from them.

I am sonia pan. I have given interview on sunday 13th may 2018 at cognizant kolkata branch for junior data analyst. I cleared both rounds aptitude and hr round. Hr asked me about shift in duty and told me that they will contact me through email. But i m not selected but didn't understood why i m not. I heard that because i m b. Pharm pursuing so they didn't select me but in document they clearly told that they want b. Pharm pursuing. I don't know what to do. Where is the clear process in interview? Us mnc company in india so they do anything they want. If i will not get response after posting this complaint then surely i have to file a case against them.

I have given interview for java technology in cognizant chennai (Varalakshmi tech park) on 21st april, 2018. I completed both technical rounds and hr asked me to filled up the cis form. Hr said we have selected you for the particular account and wil call you in 2 to 3 business days.
Hr provide the mail contact as well, i have mailed 4-5 times but i dnt hear any response from them till now.

I have attended CTS imterview in manyata on 21st april and cleared all the round with hr round.HR told I will get offer letter within 2week and after that I got call on next monday from hr for joining dates.Next day I got mail from hr to send some documents with cis form filled but after submission I didn't get any updayed4 regarding offer letter and don't have any contact no and they are not responding to mail also.Now I m confused I will get offer letter or1 not and if they don't want to give than why they are wasting our time and patience.

I was interviewed at CTS on April 7th, in Hyderabad for Big Data Developer. I cleared all the rounds and HR told that the offer letter will be released in 10 days but its been more than a month and I haven't received any offer letter. On April 11th, I received an email from CTS talent acquisition to upload my Photo in one of their portal. I mailed the HR who sent me interview call letter many times but no response. Any idea how many days does it take to release offer letter?

I attended an interview at cts, kandhansavadi, chennai on may 31, 2018 and i cleared all the rounds. At the end hr informed me that i will reveive my offer letter in a week but i haven't received yet. Meanwhile i received an email from talent acquisition group to upload my photo and interview status on april 10, 2018. After that i didnt receive any updates. I am not sure if normally they would take almost a month to release the offer letter.

This is mahesh and i have given interview on 8th april, 2018 at cognizant, pune for java and cleared all rounds (Technical + hr) and filled hr form.
Hr told me that i will get the offer letter within 2 week but i didn't receive it yet.
Later 2 weeks i mailed hr regarding offer letter. Hr replied me "your profile is on hold post internal evaluation." it's been 3 weeks i didn't get any update. I mailed hr but no response. Kindly update on the status.

I attended hr round on 17th feb at mindspace hyderabad cognizant campus. I am mainframe resource and along with me around 50 + people attended that day for interview. They have discussed & confirmed the salary package and told that i will get a call within a week. Its almost 3 months but still no response from the recruiter on the same even after sending mail 4-5 times.
Now i really lost hope to get the offer letter.

Really appreciate if i get any update on my profile.

I cleared all the rounds including hr round. They made me fill a form with all my details on same day.

After a week i got project interview call from chennai and cleared the same. Still i didn’t receive offer letter yet.

When can i expect offer letter?

I gave interview on 21st april (Location : kolkata), cleared amcat machine test and was directly go for hr round, salary discussion was also done but no confirmation or no response form hr team so far. I sent couple mail to some hr but no reply. Please atleast confirm the status.

I missed one opportunity because of this uncertainty. Let me know so that i move on accordingly.

I cleared all the rounds and including hr round.
Filled cis form.
Hr told me that with in 1 week i will receive offer.
Then in 5/3/2018 - through mail shared cis form and updated resume
Its been more than 2 months now and i have not received any reply.
My humble request to kindly do the needfull to release offer letter.
