[Resolved]  Colive — Action needed on deposit refund

I have paid deposit money of 1500/- for reserving a room but for unfortunate situation I was unable to go and stay there. I tried calling and reach out to them, but I got to know that the salesperson left the job. There was no proper response. I was asked to pay 1500/- more to get whole money refund. I don't understand the need of paying the same amount again to get previous refund??? I need my money back asap. Kindly response and take action on this request.

This is to inform you that the reservation amount is non refundable as per the company policy. Please refer to the FAQ page in company website or the handbook available in website/App. Hence, we will not be able to proceed with your request.
