So I was asked to pay a booking fee of 3000 per room, and the agent told me he would refund the amount if we did not like the property, however the property where he sent us to did not exist, in the given address, and then later when we called to recheck he told us the owner of the flat had taken the property, now he has taken 9 thousand rupees and isn’t ready to refund it back
