Hi,
I came to colive garnet property (Hyderabad) on november 1st, 2019 when it is new.
Issues i have faced! 1) when the geyser installations were happening in the property, the people who came to install had to remove bathroom wall tiles (Not sure why maybe for pipe connections or something) when i came back to the property from office my room was messed up with cement all over room and bed! I was so irritated but calmly went down told them to clean it. They came and removed the bedsheets and pillow cover which they spoiled cleaned the room and left! After that, i was using my own bedsheets.2) i was charged double the amount for one month for food. They said it was by mistake they have sent default charges for couple room food as double and forgot i am staying alone! The property manager laxman said he will remove the charge and admitted the mistake. I also had to raise many service requests and all. But he didn't remove it he said he is working on it! He asked me to leave the mistakenly added amount and pay the actuals. I did so but the fine was accumulating over months for an unpaid mistakenly added amount. After following for few months he removed some part of it and said he will the other part soon! But never happened. While raising the notice period i had to clear those dues to raise notice! When i talked to him he said just pay off that amount and he will adjust that in my electricity bill while refunding your deposit! 3) worst cleanliness, maintainance, support with a very lazy property manager

So now, when it comes to the actual deposit payoff! I was charged an amount for bedsheet and pillow cover which they have taken off as said in point 1 (Firstly they cause inconvenience then they remove it as a gesture of sorry and charge me for them as a missing item) i was charged an amount for bedside table which they never provided to me (Actually i was not even aware of it - and there is no space in the room at bed as the room was pretty small) no correction in electricity bill as promised by the lazy property manager laxman (Where he made me pay a higher amount on june 1st saying he will correct it in deposit)
Is this because of the management in the property being so stupid, corrupt, and lazy? Or it's actually how colive operates? It's all about how corrupt and stupid the hyderabad property is!

I tried reaching customer care many times. I talked to the property manager and his supervisor, the emergency contacts, salespeople everyone. Nothing left to do i am going ahead and pushing everything to social media, consumer forum and this is not the end!
