I am staying in KR Puram St. Louis apartments Bangalore.
I have moved in on 15th November 2025. During the time of move in I agreed to pay 32k deposit to the Sales person Sandhya, along with that I have already paid the rent for November and December and onboarding charges. Despite making all payments, my outstanding due for the month of October is showing as Rs6903. I have followed up multiple times with multiple teams about the wrong amount, I have screenshots and mail communication from the Billing person - Arpita, where she told me that it will be updated by end of November. Today is 11th December and I have not received any response after following up multiple times. I am getting constant messages of eviction and discontinuation of WiFi services. I have raised two tickets SR525596 and SR524207. There has been no resolution yet on this matter. I have followed up multiple times, even visited the office regarding this outstanding deposit wrong amount. I am a new customer and the experience is horrible. Was this information helpful? |
