I am a tenant at Lets Colive, and despite paying high monthly rent and additional charges under various heads, the company has failed to provide basic amenities like electricity, water, and lift maintenance.
Frequent power outages without backup.

Non-functional lifts, causing inconvenience and safety issues.
Unjustified additional charges under the name of ‘other charges’ without proper explanation.
Despite multiple complaints to their management, no action has been taken. Many tenants are facing similar issues, and this seems to be a pattern of mismanagement and false promises.
I request immediate action to ensure that services are restored, and unfair charges are justified or refunded. Authorities must take strict action against Lets Colive for misrepresentation and consumer fraud.
