We have moved to this colive property on 27th Nov 2024. Today is Jan 22nd 2025. On Sunday we have received a mail and message saying the rent has increased by 3000. We have a lock in period of 6 months and the agreement clearly says that the rent can be revised only post Lock in period. We have raised a ticket but there is no proper response or solution. I stayed at Colive - Madison 501, Sri Ram Nagar, Hyderabad and vacated in the month of June 2024. I shifted to bangalore on 9th Aug and checked in Colive Delphi1 . During September the property owner had a feud with Colive Brand and there was a notice hung on the front desk asking tenants to vacate the property by Sept 30. I vacated the building on 28th September siting my own safety and security. And handed over the keys to the property manager. It's been 5 months since I have left the property but still haven't received any deposit yet. I recieved a cheque last month but it bounced as well. No one is responding to calls or mails, even the CEO. I am getting different replies from different people. As per the policy, I should get my deposit back within 15 days but clearly this isn't the case here....

CoLive is scamming people by not giving deposit back as promised infact they send legal notice asking for more money and other charges I tried reaching out to there team they don't even receive call
I had informed the PG manager about my decision to leave, yet later, I received a legal notice via email demanding ₹50, 000 for the notice and an additional ₹16, 000 in other charges. On top of this, they haven’t refunded my deposit....

I joined colive ruby (Gowlidoddi) last year. Firstly, they provided the room in which ac wasn’t working, then there were bed bugs in the room. After creating Multiple complaints and service request nothing resolved and ticked closed automatically.

Why there are deducting money for 3 month's lock in and separation charge which is there in policy but Just because of that there facilty we raised Notice period and booked other place.

I don't want to give any extra money for them already I am leaving flat on 9th june and paying for whole month rent which they already took. But why should I pay for lockin and separation charge of they have provide anything on me. I used to call them everyday but nothing solved

Hi sir, actually I didn't receive my security deposit refund yet, I've checked out on 29th Feb and on March 19th I've redeemed my security deposit amount, for that they said within 30 days I'll receive my refund through cheque, but today is 26th April, till date I didn't receive my refund, they said that they transferred through bulk NEFT transaction on April 4th, I've checked with my bank and shared my bank statement of April month to the help.colive mail id on 23rd April as per their request, it's been 3days I didn't receive any further response from the colive team, I raised the service request also they didn't even tried to reach out to me. So please give the information of my security deposit refund and try to send my refund as soon as possible.

When I initially checked in, I had discussed with the then-property manager, Tapas Kumar, regarding the absence of pillows and TV, both of which were never resolved.

I would like to raise a concern over the security deposit issues. I exited the property as of Jan 31st, 2024 but as of now i haven't received any refunds. I keep on opening the tickets but no one responds on what the status is. I want my voice to be raised and not only me many others who are staying in Colive or have Colive are facing issues.
