I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my stay at Colive 1218 Hampton B, Bangalore, where I faced severe inconvenience and loss due to lack of transparency and unethical practices.
I was never informed about the handbook rules requiring a 3-month minimum stay for deposit refund.
The property manager and sales representative failed to communicate this policy at any point before or during my stay.
I was falsely charged for fan damage, despite leaving the room in the exact condition it was provided.
I stayed for 2.5 months and was denied my ₹20, 000 security deposit, with no proper justification.
Despite repeated follow-ups, the property manager kept assuring me “no worries, you’ll get it, †but no refund was ever processed.
Customer service channels did not respond effectively or provide any resolution.
This experience has caused me financial loss and mental distress. I request a full refund of my ₹20, 000 deposit and appropriate action against the staff responsible for misinformation and misconduct.
