Myself Vinayak, On 20th Aug I asked to book Colive plano 639 to your sales person Ajay Kumar considering availability by 27th Aug & 2 sharing room and same he is confirmed and asked me to pay 1999. And I paid the same amount on your site. He asked wait 1 day to confirm on Colive app.
Then I visited next day to Colive plano 639 but he never booked my registration. When property manager Vinay called him saying that here no vacancy available and how you have taken advance from customer. Then he said he will manage something from his manager..
Then next day Ajay booked my room in 4 sharing instead of 2 sharing which was agreed and after 2 days again he cancelled my booking and booked somewhere outside of bangalore PG.
I tried to message him on WhatsApp but he is not responding. I am calling him since last 2 days but he is not responding.
I have taken help from your helpline number but no proper response from Colive team.
Now I am stuck because on 26th I am leaving from current place and Colive team took the booking amount and never booked requested plano..
Requesting you to look into matter and refund the amount.
I have been in touch with following below people but no proper response from them. Does the complete Colive team behaves the same?? Does Colive team do not value customer??
