[Resolved] Colive — Customer service too bad/ don't book online

The sales people forced me to book asap by paying the token amount and post that there is no confirmation from Colive's side.
I tried contacting them on the number given on the website where one of the customer support exec hung up on me. Then I called again, next one didn't help either but gave me mail id [protected]@colive.com for complaints. When I mailed them I got an automatic reply that they've moved ticketing to whatsapp. I nudged them on whatsapp and the agent I was talking to didn't resolve it either and closed the ticket. Now I have raised it again but there's absolutely no update from their side and looks like it's waste of money and time. Please don't pre-pay anything online.
