I checked out from my PG in Jan. And my Property manager told me that if I don't serve the notice my security deposit will be forfeited As is the case with Every pg. But from the past 1 week they are trying to build Mumbai. By sending me extortion emails to pay 10896 Extra as a random separation charges or else they will file a Nauseath against me with which I have to pay 50000 extra fine, And my credit score will also get impacted. Colive customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 23, 2024 Colive Customer Care's response The checkout was done without any notice & clearing the applicable outstanding charges, the legal notice has been initiated. As per the agreement signed, the outstanding & applicable amount must be cleared before checkout. Also, if the outstanding amount is higher than the security deposit, company has the right to recover the pending amount from the user, if the outstanding amount is not paid then the legal notice shall be issued against the same. We request you to please refer the signed agreement & the Colive handbook for the same.
