I moved into Colive Garnet PG in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, on April 1, 2025. However, I have been facing several issues related to incorrect invoices, unresponsive management, and unjustified demands for payment. Below are the details of the situation:
Incorrect Invoices for February and March 2025:
Despite moving in only on April 1, 2025, I started receiving invoices for February and March 2025, which were clearly incorrect. Upon informing the Property Manager, Mr. Ganesh and Mr. Zakir Hussain, they acknowledged that the invoices were mistakes and assured me to ignore them. Screenshots of the WhatsApp chats with both Property Managers confirming this have been attached.
Notice Period and Move-Out Process:
When I decided to move out in August 2025, I was informed by the Property Manager that I could only raise the notice period on the 1st of the month. I intended to move out on September 1, 2025. However, when attempting to raise the notice, I was asked to clear the disputed dues for February and March 2025, which I had already explained as incorrect. I raised a service request and informed the Property Manager of the issue. Screenshots of the service requests and WhatsApp communication are attached.
Assurance on Security Deposit and Dues:
As my move-out date approached, the Property Manager raised the notice internally and assured me that the disputed dues would be cleared, and my security deposit would be refunded within 15 days. However, after the 15-day period, I received an email demanding payment for the disputed dues. I responded with a detailed explanation via WhatsApp, but no further response was received from them.
Legal Notice for Unjustified Dues:
Later, I received a legal notice demanding a total of ₹63, 000 (₹50, 000 for legal fees and ₹13, 000 for the disputed dues). I explained the situation again in my response to the legal notice, reiterating that the charges were incorrect and that I was not liable for the dues. Despite this, there has been no response or resolution. Additionally, all my attempts to contact both the Property Manager and the sales team have gone unanswered.
