Hi, Manager name :- Ajay they took 7500rs as pre-booking amount before check In date and while check in date he didn't picked the calls still I am calling didn't received yet 10days completed Please do needful and refunded my amount asap. We don't know how many customers facing such kind of fraudulent in bangalore, I never thought that this kind of behaviour wll possible in bangalore . I added picture for payment proof .
