I have moved on 3rd March from Hyderabad to Bangalore
Before travelling on 28th I spoke to Colive and they have provided me the details of PG colive 187 Glory shared all the details and asked me to pay 2000 rs as part of registration.
I have informed I need a PG from 3rd of march it was agreed and I made a payment of 2000 as part of registration
I also got the Pro rata rent details from 3rd March to 31st march as 13096 rs Rent and deposit as 14000.
Trusting my PG is booked I reached Colive Glory from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 3rd
I tried calling the customer support 4 times and every one responded today is colive Weekoff day and no one can help
Property owner denied to give PG as colive did not book it
It took me 6 Hours to search other PG with luggage in my hand and in unknown city
I have requested Colive to refund the amount which I paid as service was not provided when I needed
Colive Service ticket is closed as We will not refund if needed I can choose their service I have already got into other PG and made the payment their
Looking for some kind of support to get my money refunded as these are fraud and many are impacting with this
