Colive — Fraudulent/Scam

I shifted to bangalore on 9th Aug and checked in Colive Delphi1 . During September the property owner had a feud with Colive Brand and there was a notice hung on the front desk asking tenants to vacate the property by Sept 30. I vacated the building on 28th September siting my own safety and security. And handed over the keys to the property manager. Now after 2 months they have send me a notice to pay 21K as a settlement amount and also they are now threatening me and harassing me by sending messages in WhatsApp.
