I am writing this complaint letter to bring to your attention the unprofessional and unsatisfactory services provided by Colive PG. I had stayed in one of their properties in Bangalore and had paid a security deposit of Rs 10, 000 at the time of check-in.
After vacating the premises, I had requested for the refund of the security deposit. However, even after repeated follow-ups and reminders, Colive PG did not return the security deposit. It was only after a long and tiring process that they sent a cheque, which was subsequently dishonored, causing me inconvenience and an additional expense of Rs 200.
This is highly unacceptable and unprofessional behavior on the part of Colive PG. I request you to take immediate action and ensure that my security deposit is refunded without any further delay. I also request for compensation for the inconvenience and the expense incurred due to the dishonored cheque.
I hope this issue will be resolved at the earliest and such incidents will not be repeated with other customers in the future. Was this information helpful? |
