I vacated my Colive property on 30th July 2022 and was promised a refund of my security deposit within 15 days. I waited around 18 days and called the sales person, the property manager, the billing team, raised a ticket in the app and even sent an email to the billing team but I havent received anything as yet. I have financial commitments and dont know what to do or whom to call anymore. Their customer care doesnt work either.
