Colive — Mis guidance on the rental numbers and other charges while making the reservation

Hi, I was connected with Ibrahim from Colive and I was provided with a certain charge which was mutually agreed while making the reservation. The amount was paid as informed. After which I was followed up with another person for making balance charges for room allotment. The earlier agreed charges completely differ from what I see now. When asked for reason, I get reasons Ibrahim is new to the system and so. How am I responsible for this error on your end. Let me know if you can get this aligned to what was promised or refund the reservation amount that I paid initially. I do not see a value in words from your team, they change their words as per their preference.
