To whoever concerned.
I had booked accommodation on 19th oct2022 via UPI(UPI[protected] RS1500. with the help of Colive employee Shwetha (mobile #[protected]).
The rooms were in pathetic condition and so were the staff, not to mention the services(i was suppose to get the keys by 8:30Am but i received it at 12:30pM) I called Shwetha immediately and asked to cancel it.
Please note, since then i am going and asking for the refund that needs to done and they are yet to do it, this is bad service to say the least.
