I am writing this message out of sheer frustration and disappointment regarding the handling of my security deposit and rent refund, which has been delayed without any valid justification.
I vacated the property managed by Colive on April 12th as the property got offboarded on a short notice, and it has now been over 45 days with absolutely no communication or update on the status of my refund. I was assured that an email with details of the refund would be sent to me by May 15th, but no such communication has been received to date.
Despite my multiple follow-ups via calls and even a personal visit to your office, there has been zero accountability or progress on this matter. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for an amount of over ₹20, 000, which includes both my security deposit and pending rent.
I demand that this issue be addressed immediately and that I am provided with:
A clear breakdown of the refund amount.
The exact date by which the refund will be processed.
A written explanation for this unacceptable delay.
If I do not receive a response within 3 working days, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities and explore legal options for recovery.
This experience has been extremely inconvenient and disappointing, and I expect a prompt resolution.
