I am new customer and I have paid my advance for room booking which is Rs. 1999. In the whole process I was assisted by Mr.
Ramjit Bhagya and his mobile number [protected] (Representative).When I later asked that the current property is far from my office and I wanted a transfer and he denied me along with that he said I won't get a transfer as it would impact his target. He also confronted that he won't transfer me to another P.G. Post the humiliation he has stopped answering my phone and responding to my requests. I request the management to look into this issue and help me getting a transfer. I am also adding the phone number of the representative. Please take necessary action.
