I checked out of Colive Garnet, Hyderbad on 30th Oct.
I had raised a notice period over their customer care service since their ios app doesn't work at all when I tried to do it myself.
I was told by the property manager and customer service that I will be receiving my refund after the 15th of the month.
Now I received an email saying to pay an extra 7k which is in no way legal. ( 4k electricity bill which I have already paid and more things.)
