Hello, i am one of your resident at colive tornio, I have been having issues with your services, I want you to go through the area manager and the property manager of the property i have stayed i.e. Colive tornio (s.g palya). One of the issues i have is the settlement of deposit there has been a mistake from the property manager that he has not updated the rent and electricity bill which was paid beforehand. since I left(June), i have tried to contact manager multiple times to enquire about refund for which there was no response and now on 15th July i received a mail saying that the rent and electricity bill was not paid i tried contacting manager to enquire regarding this issue but manager said he left that property and gave me the current managers number and i spoke to current manager he is trying to resolve this issue but he doesn't seem to proceed anywhere. Yesterday (23 July) i received another mail of legal notice saying I am at fault, so i kindly request you to resolve this issue and get in touch with me Was this information helpful? |
