Colive — Refund is not initiated and not responding to messages

I have booked a room by giving a booking amount and also i confirmed that they will refund my amount(1500₹) if i dont like the room.
They sent me the address of some co living pg but unfortunately some are not there also some are not good.
So i declined the booking also they told me that they will refund my amount but now they are not responding to my message(colive agent no: [protected]).

This is to inform you that the reservation amount is non refundable as per the company policy and we request you to please refer to the FAQ section in Colive website or the handbook available in Colive Web/App.

However, if you have received the confirmation from the team then please share the details with us so that we can verify the same and do the needful. Please raise a service ticket and share the same along with the confirmation screenshot.
