I paid ₹3, 000 as a reservation token after visiting Colive Beverly Hills, MG Layout, JP Nagar Phase 6, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560078.
After collecting the token amount, I was not provided with a booking confirmation, signed agreement, or clear written refund terms.
The following day, I was asked to share an OTP and pay an additional ₹15, 000 through a QR code link that was described as expiring. This additional payment requirement and the urgency involved were not adequately explained when I initially paid the token amount.
Due to these circumstances, I decided not to proceed with the booking. I am requesting a refund of my ₹3, 000 token payment.
I request Colive to investigate this matter, clarify the applicable refund policy, and refund the full ₹3, 000 promptly. I can provide the UPI transaction receipt and screenshots of the messages regarding the additional payment demand as supporting evidence.
Property: Colive Beverly Hills, MG Layout, JP Nagar Phase 6, J. P. Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560078.
Resolution requested: Full refund of ₹3, 000 and a written response from Colive.

On the Rs. 3, 000: you have no signed agreement and no written refund terms, and that helps you. A token held without any documented conditions is hard for them to justify keeping.
1. Email Colive's official support/grievance address (from their website, not from the salesperson). Attach the UPI receipt and the message screenshots, and ask for the refund in writing within 7 days.
2. If they don't respond, file on the National Consumer Helpline (1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in). It's free and they forward it to the company.
3. If that fails, file on e-Jagriti. At this amount there's no lawyer needed and the cost is nil or nominal.
You can do all of it yourself for free.
