Colive — Refund of reservation money

Me and my friend booked a pg through colive in roopena agrahara. The guy we got connected to told us to pay 1999 each for the deposit amount and, his name was rinku colive as per the whatsApp name and in truecaller it was "ajay colove pg". After that we paid another 1000 each for reservation because we couldn't come in that month. When we finally came to the pg the we got to know there were no rooms reserved or booked for us. We called that guy and he assured the amount will be refunded . It's been it's the 4th month and still we didn't received our money back. We tried to reach him several times but most of the time he gives the reply that he is busy in some other work and get back to us soon. Even there is no response from the team and no refund completed
