Colive — Refund Request for Pre-Booking Amount Due to Unfair Additional Deposit Demand

I booked a room yesterday at Colive 1214 Hayward, Marathahalli, Bangalore and paid a pre-booking amount of ?6000. At the time of booking, the Colive team informed me that the remaining rent amount and security deposit could be paid during check-in at the property.

However, after the booking was completed and payment was made, they are now asking for another additional deposit/payment before check-in, which was never informed earlier. This is unfair and misleading because the payment terms were changed after taking the booking amount.

Since they are not following the commitment made during booking, I request a full refund of my ?6000 pre-booking amount so I can directly book the room at the property itself.
