Sales Team Promises:
Monthly rent fixed at ₹9, 000
Apart from rent, only electricity charges to be billed
No other charges (meals, housekeeping, WiFi, etc.)
Only ₹2, 000 to be deducted from ₹9, 000 deposit at move-out
Issue & Timeline:
I originally booked Colive Chambly, but on the move-in day I was informed that the room was not available and was shifted to Colive 1174 Horwich. Later, I was again asked to shift back to Chambly after ~20 days, causing inconvenience.
Despite the above, Colive generated incorrect bills showing ₹11, 000 rent and total dues of ₹18, 085. Optional services were added without my consent, and the ₹16, 500 already paid has not been adjusted correctly.
Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. This is a case of false promise, forced relocation, incorrect billing, and deficiency of service.
Relief Requested:
Correct rent to ₹9, 000/month
Charge only electricity apart from rent
Remove all optional service charges
Correctly adjust ₹16, 500 payment
Honor ₹2, 000 deposit deduction at move-out
Issue a revised and accurate bill
