Colive — Rent - refund on deposit

Colive Clanton bangalore has falsely charged me a rent for november month where I had vacated the property in october.
Actions from my end -
1. Sept 28 -> I raised a notice on their mobile application which led to a payment portal where I made the payment for 18k (attached screenshot) - as october payment - advance payment request before leaving colive.
2. 1st october I also did the payment of september month, I stayed and left colive property mid october handing over keys to raju - colive caretaker - I was instructed to give him keys while vacating colive.
3. I never stayed in November, so I am not able to understand why I am getting charged there - instead I expected a refund on my deposit amount. which I haven't received till date.

I have done multiple service requests, and there has been no response from colive on this.
I tried to contact their mobile numbers - no response.

I also wrote them multiple emails on escalations - but they have not bothered to reply.
There mobile application till date doesnt show any dues. Colive owes me my deposit refund amount and needs to stop sending me emails on clear the dues when clearly I have done everything on my end.
