[Resolved]  Colive — Reservation Amount Fraud

I Reserved Royal Studio Doddanekundi Bangalore behalf of my friend on 28th November With 2999 and Colive Agent Told it's Refundable. Colive Agent Told me Room Rent is 14K and Deposit is 15K as he also checked with Owner but While I checked with Owner separately then Owner Told Room Rent is 22K so I trying to Checked with Colive Agent for My Refund as i don't want that room but he is not picking my calls and not Giving response my messages. He looted our money and doing Scam . I need help from your side now please . I am attaching all details and chat with Colive agent .
