Colive — Room is not allocating based on the comittment

I completed all the required formalities and have been continuously coordinating with the concerned Colive team. However, I have still not received a room allocation or a clear timeline for resolution. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, uncertainty, and additional expenses for temporary accommodation.

I have raised multiple requests through the available support channels, but the issue remains unresolved. As a customer, I expected timely communication and support, especially after completing the necessary booking and payment requirements.

I request your immediate intervention to:

Allocate the promised room at the earliest.
Provide a clear update on the status of my booking.
Address the inconvenience caused due to this prolonged delay.
I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
