I stayed at Colive Barwon in Banglore from the mid of July to the end of August. I paid a security deposit of Rs 10000. I read the T&C and was aware of the additional charges that would be deducted from my security deposit. The property manager had asked me to raise an issue on the app to get details on the return of security deposit. I had done the same and I received a mail informing I'll be receiving Rs 6420 via cheque and I'll be getting it in 15 days time. Till date ( October 10) I have not received it. According to their policy I should have gotten my deposit money by last month.
