Colive — Security deposit not refunding

Address:Green glen layout

I moved in on 7th July 2023, but I wasn't given any rent agreement to sign. When I moved-in I was told 0 lock-in period and other things about raising notice period on 1st of every month wasn't mentioned anywhere. Only thing written about notice period was that if I want entire security deposit then I had to raise 1 month of notice, which I did. So at the end of 1st month I got 2 bills to pay, I contacted my sales manager and she removed 1 bill and the new bill I got was for extra 1K from my usual rent ( to be paid for next month) and this time I got a rent agreement.
All I can say is, a complete scam has been done with me too loot my money.

Customer has signed the E-agreement & all he checkout policies is well informed via handbook which is available in Colive App/Web. Also, there is no Lock-in period for the customer, however, the notice must be raised on/before 1st of the calendar month.
