Colive — Threat on legal proceeding even after not moved in to colive

Address: Wakad, Pune

In Pune wakad has 2 colives, one is VJ grand central and another is VJ Town centre. I was offered 8k monthly rent for 2 sharing room in VJ town centre. I asked the person who has done booking, to change my location to VJ Grand Central. Till now, I have paid the deposite of 9.2K + 2K. In reply they said, then my rent will be 10k. I SAID i cant afford this much, so cancel my booking. They denied to refund my deposit also. Its ok that I have not shifted. I am not asking for my deposit also. I never moved in to colive. Still they are asking for the rent, otherwise they will legally proceed to affect my cibil score. Please look into this.
