Colive — Refund request , Ownership changed,

I live in Colive Monaco, we were given a notice by the building owner that the property no longer belongs to Colive and he is going to take over. I called Colive customer care but they are saying we have no information.
I just want my deposit back, now they will say raise notice period, are these people educated or not, If we got the vacating notice from someone else in the middle of the month and the colive has no info regarding it, when to raise the notice period, we have to pay rent to the new owner so where is it written in your policy. Please people join me on this and give some solution.
