While searching on google for comparing the best dth company and there services with packages, i found comparedth.com and suddenly i got the call from comparedth.com, ms. Soni on line and she offering me new dish tv hd stb installation at www.comparedth.com on 20/07/2019 and she assisted me placing the order and said that the installation will be done within 4 hrs. With one offer, which is she offering me one sport shoe and voucher of rs. 2000/-. I have done my transaction of rs. 3099/- for new dish tv hd stb with six month free subscription from my PhonePay wallet, but till date dish tv hd stb with one six month free subscription now is not installed. They are not responding on their given numbers when I call them. They respond after trying to call them for continuous two hours and immedialy disconnect the call abruptly. They have made my life hell as it seems they are a fraud company. My mobile nu is: [protected]. I have attached the payment receipt that I made to https://www.comparedth.com/.
No one is responding from their customer care and neither from their service center.
It's really frustrating. I don't know if I payment is secure or not. Please respond to me and provide me the connection ASAP.
With the current service and false promiss by https://www.comparedth.com/ I want to rate them with -ve rating. It's frustrating...!!!
