[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Refund problem and transaction

I tried booking 3 tickets on April 13, 2017 for movie Kavan in fun cinemas, coimbatore for 14th April 12.20 pm Show. I made the payment through my debit card, but due some technical errors on your server my transaction was showed as failed but I was charged for Rs 411. I did not get any confirmation on my mobile. But it was in my mail and saw it today. Booking Number: 3295101. Please refund the money as soon as possible. I am very much diappointed about this issue.

please transfer the money as soon as possible.. it appears very annoying to the users. Fun Cinema Fun Republic Mall Coimbatore . very poor transaction

I booked tickets for Rajkummar movie on 13th April evening 6:00pm for 9:55 show. After making payment through my card the website prompted the message they could not complete the booking after deducting the amount due to some webserver issue. Kindly let me know the way to reimburse the amount deducted.
