[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Refund problem and transaction | |||||
I tried booking 3 tickets on April 13, 2017 for movie Kavan in fun cinemas, coimbatore for 14th April 12.20 pm Show. I made the payment through my debit card, but due some technical errors on your server my transaction was showed as failed but I was charged for Rs 411. I did not get any confirmation on my mobile. But it was in my mail and saw it today. Booking Number: 3295101. Please refund the money as soon as possible. I am very much diappointed about this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
