[Resolved] Cinepolis India — transaction failed, but amount deducted | |||
Dear Cinepolis team I have tried booking tickets from your app on the mobile and the transaction was failed. But the amount was deducted from my credit card. The next time I tried booking with my debit card, but the same thing happened. On both the occassions, the amount was deducted, but transactions were failed. Cinepolis sudha ... is charging for parking space and giving parking slip written as refundable when after movie u go to concern person regarding refund they give excuses like owner not there and doesnt refund money so please kindly check the matter
