[Resolved] ICICI Bank — cash deposit takes 2-3 hours | |||
The time taken to deposit the money has been increased from an hour to two- three hours now as there is just one machine (to deposit the cash) in the branch which mostly does not accept notes easily. I'm so sad with the services of this bank now. Just for 5-10minutes work, it takes atleast 2 hours. This simply implies this bank does not value my time which is unacceptable and unbearable. It's not only about time but also this all leads to people fighting and cussing each other which somehow does ruin the aroma of the place. That is the reason now that I don't even like to visit the branch. This complaint is not just about criticism of this bank but also for improvement/ suggestion i.e either there should be more number of machines to deposit the cash or the branch should immediately accept the notes which the machine does not accept ( because the machine does not accept even the notes taken from the bank itself) . It's all about the *management*. Note : If this complaint will not be taken seriously then I'll have to contact the higher authorities for the same. Not only I'll close my account from ICICI bank but also I'll highly recommend people not to open their account in this bank which is I think will be the best decision to make. Today my account no[protected] was debited with 413 as Ecsrtgn transaction. I don't know why they have deducted. If it's for not maintaining account balance this amount is huge.
