Hi, I had the worst experience of my life with my booking id: vuib0726 at oyo 17165 flagship ace residency. Krishanlal marwah marg, ashok nagar society, udyan complex, marol, andheri east mumbai india 400072. Your company almost killed us. I hope your guys are aware what had happened last night. Just wanted to ask how does your company list up hotels which does not safety measurements. Isn't your company resking up customers life. The worst thing is that the management flew off from the hotel without even informing the customers to run for there life. I need to have an valid explanation for this withing next two days.
