[Resolved] Tata Sky — set top box not activated | |||
This is regarding new hd set-top box activation of my secondary connection. To give you background on this issue, i was holding multi connection tv (Primary hd and secondary sd) and wanted to upgrade my secondary connection to hd box.in this regard, i placed the replacement request to customer care. Within a day of request, tatasky executive replaced sd box with hd box on 11th march (Details attached below) and informed me that it will be activated in couple of hours. Now it's like more than 3 days and new hd box is not yet active. I called customer care almost 10+ times and raised this issue but none of those calls could resolve the issue. I have also heard customer care dept. Telling that they are unable to activate the new hd box from their end, it seems their software is throwing error when they try to activate. I am seriously disappointed the way this issue is being looked at. Any help on resolving this is highly appreciated. RMN [protected] screen goes blank momentarily. Tata sky technician has checked this twice. I have changed the HDMI cable also, but the problem persists. Technicians seem unaware of what to do. This is an HD STB and an LG Smart TV
