[Resolved] Razorpay — money got deducted but not refunded | |||
I made a payment of rs 4513 at irctc app, through razorpay from google pay. The date is 28 march 2019. The money got deducted from my bank account but it says the transaction failed. I tried to contact the razorpay customer care but they don't even receive calls or emails. This is a fraud app, should be banned from running in all over he globe.
