[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — complaint for bad screening facilities

Dear sir / madam,

I am writing this letter to complain about the problem i faced yesterday at your cinema. Yesterday, i had came with my family to watch the movie “avengers - the end game ”. The movie was long awaited and i must say that we did not enjoy the movie at all. And, we were much disappointed as we visit your movie theater whenever the new movie is released and now i have too see these kind of nonsense. The point of displeasure was the screen as your screen was very bad and are getting older and older day by day. The screen was blur and we were not able to see it properly. The movie was 3d and we were provided 3d goggles respectively, when we had wear the goggles the screen was not able to see properly. There was a sound stop for 2 to 3 second in movie and it had happened for 2 times. And also of movie was too bad. Please see too it that the problem is been solved. I hope you will consider the complaint. Please give prompt resolution so that other people may not face the same problem. Hope to visit soon after resolution.

I have booked Avengers End game ticket for 28/04/19 at 9:05 am at cinepolis laxmi nagar. i have recieved a message of confirmation on my phone but cannot download the m ticket. so could you please send me the confirmation and the m ticket on my email id [protected]@gmail.com
