Trai — about d2h levity

Booked for a re installation 3 days ago due to my shifting of location to Chennai and I called customer care more than thrice and I was said they raised complaint against the allocated engineer and till now no one approached us.this s not the first time we're experiencing ur d2h service in sivagangai was awful n we would like to switch on to another dish operator due to the poor service providing by d2h

My customer Id: 79898648, I have recharged for Rs.904/- on 16/6/2019 through net banking (Indian Bank) Transaction Ref No.[protected] Dt:16/06/2019 at 16:25hrs, but the amount is not credited in my account and same complaint to Videocon customer three time but there is no action, i just receiving sms of your complaint has been resolved.

Not able to access the app of SITI Cable Network to select my channels, hence forcing me to select their package.

I have written couple of mails, but did not get any reply.

It seems by this new process, customers are only sufferer.
