[Resolved]  Razorpay — unauthorised transaction happened from my personal account

Hi,

Amount has been deducted from my personal account on 3 sep and have not shared any OTP with anyone nor have made any transaction . And i have done police complaint and raised a complaint in bank as well.

Need help in this as this transaction happened without my consent. I tried reaching you guys in every way but no response from your end.

Such a pathetic service . I will File the complaint in Consumer forum as well if relevent action will not be taken

Sir amount rs 5091.98 amount has debited from my account for the loan repayment but the loan amount was not credited so please give me refund of my amount or please pay amount to my loan taken in loan front please do the need full thing sir

I tried booking ticket through razorpay in irctc but the amount was deducted from my account and ticket was not booked.in current status it is showing pending with bank.
Total amount-1791
Transaction I'd-[protected]

Please refund this amount back to my account.
