[Resolved]  [protected] Vodafone Postpaid Mobile No. — non awareness regarding vodafone services by vodafone store attendant

Dear sir,
good afternoon.
I had received my bill dtd 11.7.2009 for my no. [protected] on which there was an advertisement that GET SIM SMART. Vide this advertisement I was directed to contact nearest vodafone store. I had visited your vodafone sore in lidhi market, where I met with one Mr. LALIT. He was not avaired about this ad. he called some one and ask me to wait me for some time I spent more than 15 minutes then he asked that the ringining person is not available and may have to contact again. It is not understood from above procedure that why such unawaired persons are employed in your stores, I had waist my money to reach vodafone store and also loos my appx. 1 hrs, who will be held responsible are U?. Pl go through this appiceode and take remedial action to avoid such inconvenience to customers like me and action report on my email ID on PRIORITY may be forwarded to me for necessary action .
