[Resolved]  Vodafone — UPC Code not generated in prepaid mobile number

When I am trying to generate UPC code from my Vodafone prepaid number, getting MSG. "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

I had visited Vodafone store and resubmit address proof and filled hard copy customer form on March 2023,
they said within 15 days issue will resolved, but still as in today issue is still the same.

Kindly help mento port out from Vodafone

problem still as it is, Vodafone executive called and said for visit in store, even though i have been to store before(Marc 2023) and submit all document for verification. Why i go to store again, Regards Md Yousuf Siddiqui 9958948560
