I had recharged for 719rs for [protected] through Bhim upi on 21st august, 2023 @11:03 am .The amount got deducted from my bank account.But no such recharge was done.I was told the amount would get credited (refunded)within 7 days.I called the customer care on 199 for many times.Every time they put the phone on hold for 30 to 45 minutes pretending to be transferring to a senior executive and then Disconnect. I also sent countless emails to customercare @vodafoeidea.com .I also shared my transaction Id for the unsuccessful recharge, my bank account statement and the Vodafone screenshot which clearly mentions they have received the money.The Vodafone executive tried to misguide me by telling that the money lies with the bank.Just go to the bank .I went to the bank and gave my transaction id.They showed me the details of the transaction Id which clearly mentions that Vodafone has received the money.No resolution till date Please help me get my money back from Vodafone.
