I've been traveling in China and opted Vodafone ISD services. I recharged my number as per their plans and get my base plan updated with the premium one.
However, when i reached china, their is no network coverage. I tried reaching their support number of times and there is no assistance as first. Then they start playing hit & trial tricks and then they were able to connect to the respective network so i can make and/or receive calls. But i was still struggling for internet connectivity for which I registered my complaint.
However, after a day i had to travel another city. As soon as I started my trip, struggling with their connectivity was at peak and within no time, there was no coverage again.
I contacted them again and had a hours long discussion with their supervisor. I logged my complaint again. He ensure that my concern will be resolved within next 24 hours. To my surprise, instead of contacting me, they have closed my complaint and marked that as resolved.
I opted the plan of 7k INR with 28 days validity. And it's 10th day and till now, i was able to avail only calling service for 1 day. Even the complaint I've registered is already closed by their team. And no further assistance been provided from them. I've attaching the snippet of their email however I've yet to be contacted by their any member and still network coverage is zero.
