[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — Set Top Box is not working properly | |||
My Set Top Box is not working properly. It is going to restart frequently. I called Airtel Customer Care on 1st of Septamber Complain no is 3754017. They told me that one engineer will come on 3rd Sep but no one came. Again i made complain ( no 3721704) on 4th Sep then they told me that your query will be resolved before 2 PM of 5th Sep. Today is 6th Sep no is came here. Even i didn't get any call from them till date. My Customer Id is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I am Sunil From Mumbai I am also facing the same kind of inconvenience from Airtel Digital Customer Care Service. My set-top box is not working since Aug 23rd and logged the complaint on 25 th but till date no one came to resolve the issue. I think Airtel doesn't cares the Customer.
